Foundation Teachers

We are very proud to recruit teachers who nurture and inspire our students. Foundation is the pillar for the future education and our teachers always strive to provide a safe and friendly space for our pupils, where they will have a chance to discover and nurture their passions.

For the safety of our pupils, all our employees have to provide satisfactory references, qualification documents, as well as undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance.

Head of Foundation – Agnieszka Large

I am an English Philology graduate with a specialisation in teaching, as well as a certified CELTA educator. I have been teaching for over 20 years in Poland and the UK. Apart from being the Head of Foundation at BISUL, I am also a teacher trainer for Primary, Secondary, and CLIL methodology at Edinburgh School of English accredited by the British Council and Trinity College London.

I joined BISUL three years ago and took the position of Head of Foundation and Reception teacher. It is a great privilege to be part of this welcoming, thriving, and diverse community of teachers, learners, and parents. Working with our youngest learners is a true passion of mine. Helping each child progress in all areas of their development is a challenge that is incredibly rewarding and motivating.

When I am not at school, you can find me travelling, skiing, or perfecting my cooking skills. I am also a great enthusiast of British education and culture, especially many varieties of Scottish accents and the mysteries of Edinburgh.

Lilia Vorobii

I have completed my studies in English Philology and Literature, as well as the Early Childhood Education. I have also completed multiple courses in Art Therapy, Storytelling, and Choreotherapy. I take part in various educational workshops and I always apply the obtained knowledge in practice.

I have been a professional dancer for over a decade and I am delighted to have the opportunity to teach dance to the children in the Foundation Section.

Joanna Wiktorska

I studied at the University of Lodz where I completed an M.A. in Pre-School and Early School Education. I also hold a Master’s Degree in English Philology. I have been teaching English since 2005 to children of all ages, both in the public as well as private educational facilities.

I am an optimist who likes working with children. In my spare time, I enjoy fit cooking & baking, travelling, and exploring new cultures.
